Eric Bleeker believes these are the top three tech stories of the week:

2. Google surpasses Apple for institutional  ownership. Google flies while Apple dries. Analysts are going gaga over Google, and hedge funds and mutual funds now own more Google than Apple.

3. BlackBerry's new smartphone to launch in the U.S. on March 22.  Blackberry has launched its newest smartphone in a variety of other markets with differing results. Will the BB10 rescue Blackberry from oblivion in the U.S. market? The answer will begin to be known later this month.
