Myers Industries Increases Quarterly Dividend

AKRON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Today, the Board of Directors of Myers Industries, Inc. (NYS: MYE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share payable April 1, 2013, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 11, 2013. The board believes that it is important to continue to increase a return to shareholders through the Company's dividend. The quarterly dividend represents a 12.5% increase compared to the $0.08 per share paid last quarter.
