Baker to Release 2012 Financial Results; Will Hold Earnings Call and Webcast

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Michael Baker Corporation (NYSE MKT:BKR) will release its full-year and fourth quarter 2012 financial results on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, prior to market open. The release will be followed by a conference call and webcast at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, during which management will discuss the Company's results, strategies and operations.
