Nike has declared its first dividend of 2013. The company is to pay $0.21 per share of its class A and class B stock on April 1 to shareholders of record as of March 4.

This matches the previous quarterly payout, which followed a two-for-one stock split made at the end of last year. Prior to that payout, the company had disbursed $0.36 per share in each of the preceding four quarters. Nike typically hoists its dividend once per year.
