Assured Guaranty Ltd. Increases Quarterly Dividend by 11% to US$0.10 per Common Share

Second Dividend Increase in Twelve Months

HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Assured Guaranty Ltd. (NYS: AGO) today declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.10 per common share, an increase of 11% from US$0.09 per common share that was paid on December 5, 2012.


The dividend is payable on March 7, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 21, 2013.

Assured Guaranty Ltd. is a publicly traded Bermuda-based holding company. Its operating subsidiaries provide credit enhancement products to the U.S. and international public finance, infrastructure and structured finance markets.
