ADM Directors Increase Cash Dividend

DECATUR, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Archer Daniels Midland Company's (NYS: ADM) Board of Directors today declared a cash dividend of 19 cents per share on the company's common stock payable March 13, 2013, to stockholders of record Feb. 20, 2013. This is an increase of 8.6 percent, or 1.5 cents per share.

This is ADM's 325th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 81 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of Dec. 31, 2012, there were 658,593,035 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.
