LMP Corporate Loan Fund Inc.Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- LMP Corporate Loan Fund Inc. (NYS: TLI) announced today the results of the votes cast at the Fund's annual meeting of shareholders held on January 25, 2013.

Carol L. Colman and R. Jay Gerken were elected as Class I Directors of the Fund by shareholders of the Fund's common and preferred stock to hold office until the annual meeting of shareholders in the year 2016 or thereafter when respective successors are duly elected and qualified.


Dr. Riordan Roett was elected as a Class I Director of the Fund by holders of the Fund's preferred stock to hold office until the annual meeting of shareholders in the year 2016 or thereafter when a respective successor is duly elected and qualified.
