Cooper Tire & Rubber Company to Announce Fourth Quarter 2012 Results

FINDLAY, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (NYS: CTB) will announce fourth quarter 2012 financial results before market open Monday, Feb. 25. Management will discuss the financial results on a conference call beginning at 11 a.m. Eastern that same day.
