Cincinnati Bellannounced Thursday that it is promoting Ted Torbeck, formerly president and general manager of its Cincinnati Bell Communications subsidiary, to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the entire company. Torbeck, a former CEO of Cerberus Capital's arms manufacturing subsidiary, Freedom Group, will succeed former CEO Jack Cassidy, who has been elected vice chairman of Cincinnati Bell's board.
