Flextronics International Beats on Both Top and Bottom Lines

EPS came in at $0.22. The 11 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ averaged $0.20 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.04 for Q3 were 71% lower than the prior-year quarter's $0.14 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 5.6%, 50 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 2.1%, 40 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 0.4%, 100 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $5.71 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.20.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $23.88 billion. The average EPS estimate is $0.88.
