MHI Hospitality Corporation Announces Increase to Dividend

WILLIAMSBURG, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MHI Hospitality Corporation (the "Company")today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.035 per issued and outstanding common share of the Company. The quarterly dividend will be paid on April 11, 2013 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2013.
