Cabot Board Declares Dividend

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On Friday, January 11, 2013, the Board of Directors of Cabot Corporation (NYS: CBT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share on all outstanding shares of the Corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2013.
