AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter 2012 Common Stock Dividend of $0.80 per Share

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. (NYS: MITT) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.80 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2012. The dividend is payable on January 28, 2013 to shareholders of record as of December 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2012.
