Prestige Brands Reconfirms Its Second Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call for Tomorrow, November 1st

TARRYTOWN, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Prestige Brands (NYS: PBH) today reconfirmed that the Company will issue its second quarter fiscal 2012 earnings release as scheduled on November 1, 2012 before the opening of the market. The Company will also host the previously announced conference call tomorrow at 8:30am ET.

As previously announced, the toll-free dial in numbers are 866-730-5764 within North America and 857-350-1588 outside of North America. The conference passcode is "prestige." The Company will provide a live internet webcast, a slide presentation to accompany the call, as well as an archived replay all of which can be accessed from the Investor Relations page of http://prestigebrands.com.
