UnitedHealth Group Board Authorizes Payment of Quarterly Dividend to Shareholders

MINNETONKA, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UnitedHealth Group (NYS: UNH) announced today that its Board of Directors, at its meeting on February 6, 2013, authorized payment of a quarterly shareholder dividend of $0.2125 per share in the first quarter of 2013. The dividend will be paid on March 26, 2013, to all shareholders of record of UnitedHealth Group common stock as of the close of business on March 15, 2013.
