MHI Hospitality Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

WILLIAMSBURG, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MHI Hospitality Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per issued and outstanding common share. The quarterly dividend will be paid on January 11, 2013 to its common shareholders of record as of December 14, 2012.
