Rayonier Announces Fourth Quarter 2012 Dividend

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rayonier (NYS: RYN) announced today that the company's board of directors has declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of 44 cents per common share. The dividend is payable on Dec. 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on Dec. 17, 2012.
