Humana Military's Call Center Receives Top Honors from Customer Contact Center Network

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Humana Military Healthcare Services, a division of Humana Government Business, announced today its Central Beneficiary Services contact center received the Vision Award from the Customer Contact Center Network (C3N) during the 2012 Boomerang Awards presented in Louisville, Kentucky. Humana Government Business is a wholly owned subsidiary of Humana Inc. (NYS: HUM) .

The award, for outstanding contact centers, is given to companies within the region exemplifying excellence with customers, innovation, and process improvement. The Boomerang Awards is an annual program that recognizes the achievements and contributions of outstanding contact centers and contact center professionals throughout the Louisville community.

Brandy Oglesby, Learning Consultant for Humana Military, received the 2012 'Contact Center Support Professional' for excellence in providing outstanding support and guidance to contact center employees.

Humana Military's Central Beneficiary Services serves over three million Active Duty Service Members, retirees, and their families for the Department of Defense's TRICARE program in the South Region. Humana Military previously received the Vision Award in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
