Apple's timing couldn't be better with the iPad Mini. The pint-sized tablet is going to have a huge impact. Analysts expect the iPad Mini to be ready for the holidays, and it should be a big seller. Even though Google and Amazon.com have cracked the tablet market, and have seen recent success, Apple still remains the leader. The iPad Mini will round out Apple's tablet line very nicely, sitting between the iPad and the iTouch. The iPad Mini will also give a big boost to the 7-inch tablet market, and most likely will shut Microsoft out going forward, the latter which is already too late to the game. Tablet adoption rates continue to climb. And those growth rates are attracting all sorts of competition, even from the likes of Best Buy. But the leaders have the advantage, and the iPad Mini will keep Apple at the head of the class.

Apple is the most influential company in technology and has delivered market-smashing returns. However, maintaining that torrid pace will only get more difficult. If you're looking for a recommendation on how to play Apple, along with continuing updates and guidance whenever news breaks, we've created a brand-new report that details when to buy and sell Apple.
