Exelis board approves $0.1033 per share dividend for the second quarter of 2013

MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors for ITT Exelis (NYS: XLS) has declared a cash dividend of $0.1033 per share for the second quarter of 2013. The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2013 to shareholders of record on May 24, 2013.
