The start of October marks the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness month and women across the country are coming together and celebrating the importance of life, recovery, and friendship.
For one star, this hits particularly close to home. Last October, Giuliana Rancic was diagnosed with breast cancer. The E! News host and fashion superstar was very public and open with her painful struggle and now, one year later is cancer-free and a new mom to baby boy, Edward Duke.
