CVB Financial Corp. Announces 92nd Consecutive Cash Dividend

ONTARIO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CVB Financial Corp. (NAS: CVBF) announced an eight and one-half cent ($0.085) per share cash dividend for the third quarter of 2012. The dividend was approved at the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting on September 19, 2012. It will be payable on or about October 18, 2012 to shareholders of record as of October 3, 2012.

"Our Board of Directors is pleased to pay our 92nd consecutive cash dividend to our shareholders," said Christopher D. Myers, President and Chief Executive Officer.
