There's never a dull week on Wall Street. Let's go over some of the news that will shape the week to come.

Monday
If you woke up early just to hear the market's opening bell, go back to bed. The market is closed in observance of Labor Day.

Tuesday
The trading week begins with a pair of recent debutantes reporting their latest quarterly results.

Teavana Holdings (NYS: TEA) , a fast-growing retailer of high-end loose teas, went public last year. Guidewire Software (NYS: GWRE) , a provider of enterprise software solutions for the property and casualty insurance industry, had its IPO earlier this year. Both companies are expected to post modest profitability.

Wednesday
NCI Building Systems (NYS: NCS) checks in on Wednesday. NCI makes metal buildings and components for the nonresidential construction industry. Analysts see NCI posting a smaller quarterly loss on an 18% surge in revenue.

Thursday
Bazaarvoice
(NAS: BV) is another recent entrant to the market. The social-software company went public at $12 back in February. But unlike Teavana and Guidewire, Bazaarvoice isn't currently profitable.

Friday
The abridged trading week closes with a glimpse at the supermarket industry. Kroger (NYS: KR) reports on Friday morning, and analysts see the leading grocer posting net income of $0.49 a share. It earned $0.41 a share a year earlier. That checks out.
