Before you go, we thought you'd like these...

As the saying goes, "Sex sells." Some real estate agents are taking that to heart, using suggestive situations to "enhance" their real estate listings. From the shower to the bedroom, these models really go all out to bring attention to a home's "unique features" (as if that's what you're really looking at). Click through for an NSFW gallery of some of the raciest real estate listing photos you'll ever see.

Models in Real Estate Listings Turn Up The Heat (NSFW)

If you aren't sold on the living room in this listing, maybe the dude's bare behind will do it for you! It's a tactic that many real estate agents are turning to: Putting hot models in listing photos to entice prospective buyers. Click through the gallery to see some of the hottest and funniest (and even the most amateur) listings we could find that have sultry models doing the selling -- as opposed to the home itself.

This 4,500-square-foot loft apartment in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood seems to have enough selling points to stand on its own. But to make it really stand out from the crowd, real estate agent Michael Meier decided to dress up the listing with a couple of sexy models.

To help market the $3.495 million loft, Meier featured it in his web series "Selling Higher With Michael Meier."

Envision yourself in this kitchen enjoying breakfast or late night snack with a companion.

What was once an ordinary bathroom (OK, it is a pretty nice bathroom) is now a steamy love den for potential buyers.

Why get dressed up to spend the night out on the town when you'd look this good just hanging out in your apartment?

The CEO of real estate firm Nest Seekers, Eddie Shapiro, told AOL Real Estate: "My creative team decided to try something outside of the box and place models in ads for certain listings to illustrate the fabulous lifestyle that many of our clients enjoy." And, oh, what a life it is.

Instead of using the bathroom to get clean, these models are using it to get down and dirty.

Nest Seekers also used attractive models to market some of its lofts in lower Manhattan.

A place that's both pet- and model-friendly! Who could ask for more?

In order to remain calm, models -- er, future residents -- can do yoga with a picturesque Brooklyn Bridge backdrop.

Especially this listing! Another Meier apartment, this Manhattan loft is featured on his most recent "Selling Higher With Michael Meier" video. This 2,800-square-foot apartment was listed at $2.795 million. The chocolate connection? The building was once the home of Baker's Chocolate.

What a lovely dining area! We're a bit distracted by what's going on at the table, though. Are the two men courting each other or fighting over the lingerie-clad woman in the background?

Ample light and southern exposure always make us feel amorous.

Looks like the bedroom has plenty of privacy and natural light with its glass-brick wall. Perfect for some afternoon delight.

This picture has it all: intrigue, a scantily clad woman, fancy candlesticks ... and a spacious walk-in closet!
