Bad-boy rapper Chris Brown once lamented that, in relationships, there was "never a right time to say goodbye." But clearly when it comes to real estate he finds it much easier to call it quits.

The double-platinum recording artist is saying goodbye to his West Hollywood bachelor-style digs, throwing the sleek penthouse condo by Sunset Boulevard on the market for $1.895 million. And apparently, Brown's neighbors are "overjoyed" to see him go. According to our friends at Realtor.com, the dog races he'd hold in the hallway, his loud partying, and a habit of parking in the building's handicapped-only spaces made him one infuriatingly "annoying" neighbor.US magazine reports that the condo building's residents even went so far as to call Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg to complain about his behavior. We're pretty sure his previous (and apparently ongoing) criminal reputation probably didn't fly too well, either.

Brown's antics aside, the home is actually quite sophisticated. The sleek, 3,000-square-foot space boasts blond bamboo floors, double-paned windows, soaring ceilings and a wraparound terrace with city views. Additionally, the bathrooms are decked out in "designer appointments" and the kitchens boast Caesarstone counters and stainless steel appliances. Fit for an A-list rapper, indeed.

Manuela Villa of The Agency has the listing.
