OM Group Beats Expectations but Takes a Step Back Anyway

For the quarter, gross margin was 24.2%, 60 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 7.4%, 370 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 2.6%, 670 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $460.9 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.75.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $1.54 billion. The average EPS estimate is $2.99.
