With markets soaring, its no surprise that there's a healthy number of winners in the cyclical semiconductor space so far this year. However, what is surprising is that three out of the top five semiconductor performers are key players inside Apple's products. Skyworks, OmniVision, and Cirrus Logic are amongst the top five performing U.S.-traded semiconductor stocks. While each stock has its own nuances for gains -- for example, OmniVision lost share in the iPhone 4S only to see a return when the iPad was released -- the broader theme is Apple's continuing ability to surpass expectations, pushing up its key suppliers. With Apple primed for another great quarter and the newest iPad seeing record sales results, these companies look to have a continuing runway of success ahead of them if they can remain in Apple's products across the year.

If you're one of the thousands of investors riding Apple to spectacular gains, you're doing yourself a disservice by not looking across the whole variety of companies benefiting from the same trends making Apple the most valuable company in the world. The Motley Fool has just released a free report on mobile named "The Next Trillion-Dollar Revolution" that details a hidden component play inside mobile phones that also is a market leader in the exploding Chinese market. Inside the report, we not only describe why the mobile revolution will dwarf any other technology revolution seen before it, but we also name the company at the forefront of the trend. Hundreds of thousands have requested access to previous reports, and you can access this new report today by clicking here -- it's free.
