PopCap's Bejeweled 3 coming to Nintendo DS, go zen on the go
Soon, you'll be able to go zen while on the move (sounds relaxing, huh?). PopCap announced that it will release its critically-acclaimed Bejeweled 3 on the Nintendo DS this fall or winter, according to Pocket Gamer. More specifically, PopCap said that the game is coming to the DS in the fourth quarter, which spans October to December of this year. Though, we can't help but wonder why PopCap would pass up the allure of 3D(S)--perhaps to hit the largest amount of handheld Nintendo fans?
While PopCap hasn't revealed any details on what will be included in the portable version of last year's PC casual hit, we can't imagine it won't include Zen Mode. I mean, that's the whole hook of the new Bejeweled, no? (We just want to go zen wherever we go--is that too much to ask?) PopCap also announced that the game is headed to Xbox 360 and PS3 through Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network, according to PCMag. We've contacted PopCap for more information.
