Jermaine Jackson's Rental ForeclosureWhat a way to start the year: Jermaine Jackson's Calabasa, Calif. rental home is facing foreclosure and is set to be sold at auction Jan. 21 for a minimum bid of $2.184 million.

Jackson and his third wife Halima Rashid have been leasing the 5-bedroom, 6-bath home for just under 18 months, according to TMZ, and they will have only 60 days after the foreclosure sale to vacate the home. Maybe he can temporarily move into his mom's recent rental (pictured below) a few blocks away.
This oldest brother of the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, recently reported a theft at his rental. He told a court that a Louis Vuitton suitcase filled with clothes, jewels and furs valued at close to $150,000 was stolen from the home after he left a door unlocked upon a return from an out of town trip around Sept. 17 or 18.

Father of Jaafar and Jermajesty, Jackson owes about $92,000 in back child support and asked a judge to reduce his $3,000 a month payments to $215 per month, because he is broke and unemployed. His driver's license has been confiscated, in accordance with law, until he gets caught up on payments.

Alejandra Jackson, the mother of his children as well as two sons by his brother Randy, is facing her own housing issues as her former mother-in-law has booted her and the kids out of the matriarch's mansion, according to RadarOnline.com.

Apparently Katherine Jackson has rented a $26,000-per-month estate just a few blocks from Jermaine's rental, reported BET. That rent is covered by funds from the estate of the "Thriller" genius, in addition to all the other perks Katherine gets, including cooks, security, cars, taxes, house maintenance, vacations, house renovations for her main home, reported TMZ.

Even if Katherine Jackson doesn't let Jermaine move in to her 12,600-square-foot rental a block from Britney Spears' home, she will be living there with Michael's three kids until renovations on her main home are complete.
