Look inside your family photo albums, and chances are many of these pictures were taken on a family vacation. A Walt Disney World vacation offers many good spots to capture that perfect Kodak moment. Here are some of the best photo opportunities at Walt Disney World.

Main Street, U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom

This is a classic shot, and provides a strong setting. Position your subjects in the middle of Main Street, with Cinderella's Castle in the distance. Take care to watch for other pedestrians and Main Street vehicles. You'll capture a photo of your family, Main Street, U.S.A. and the famous Cinderella Castle - all in one.

Japan Pavilion at Epcot

Show others this picture and they just might think you made a trip to Asia. Have your family stand right beneath the red Japanese arch, with the lake behind it. If you zoom in closer, you'll capture your family and the arch. Go wider and you'll get the lagoon and Epcot ball in the shot.

France Pavilion at Epcot

If you'd rather that people think you made a trip to France, then head to the France Pavilion instead. A small-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower and the surrounding French-style buildings make wonderful backdrops. You can also have your family sit and enjoy some dessert outside at one of the French eateries.

Character Pictures

What would Walt Disney World be without the popular Disney characters that make visits throughout the park? Look on the daily schedule for Character Appearances, and capture some unforgettable family photos with your Disney favorites.

LEGO Family at Downtown Disney

Kids-and adults for that matter-seem to like posing with the LEGO family at Downtown Disney. This family of four, complete with four dogs, stands in front of the LEGO Imagination Center. Even if you don't take a picture with the family, the store is always a hit with little ones.

Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom

Disney spent years designing the huge mountain that houses Expedition Everest, and that work paid off. The attraction really is quite picturesque and makes for a nice photo backdrop. To capture the whole scene, stand in front of the lagoon at the base of Everest, rather than right next to it.

Toontown at Magic Kingdom

If you have little ones, you'll definitely want to take pictures of them in Toontown. The whimsical neighborhood, home to Mickey and Minnie Mouse and their friends, is full of color and crazy architecture. Photo opportunities are everywhere. Kids always love posing on Minnie's couch or driving one of the Toontown vehicles.

Kodak Photo Spots

The photo experts at Walt Disney World know the most picturesque spots in the park. Pick up a free map and look for locations that are marked "Kodak Photo Spot." You can't go wrong with these locations.

Partners Statue at Magic Kingdom

It's always quite crowded, but the Partners statue in front of Cinderella's Castle is a nice spot for pictures. Everyone seems to like the image of Walt Disney holding hands with Mickey Mouse.

Splash Mountain

If it's hot and you'd like to have some fun, position your subjects at the base of Splash Mountain, and take your picture right as your family gets sprayed.
