Tiger Woods' Ex Hunts Condos Nearby

Before you go, we thought you'd like these...
Tiger Woods's former wife, Elin Nordegren Woods, might be getting a first-class Jupiter Island condo for Christmas.

The ex-spouse of pro golfer Tiger Woods has been shopping for a new home at the tippy-top of The Carlyle, a super-private, very exclusive 26-residence building built in 1998 with private Atlantic Ocean beach access. The Carlyle also has its own snorkeling limestone reef, generator, hot water recovery and filtration system, reading and social rooms, exercise area, and a resort-style pool with separate private cabana suites.
The building has countless amenities, including its own hotel in case of overflow guests. I hear the unit she has been eying is called The Penthouse at the Carlyle, one

of only two penthouses in the building, and the other is not currently on the market. The unit is listed by Jeff and Cary Lichtenstein, who specialize in condos for sale on Jupiter Island. This pup has 270-degree panoramic views, 3,000 square feet of rooftop sky patio, 4,355 square feet of interior living space with floating limestone floors, ceiling work by Palm Beach contractor David Aultz, a 3-car garage, and it's own boat dock and cabana. Elin will love the huge master bath and free-standing soaking tub. It's located about two miles from Tiger's huge new compound, so dropping off the kids will be a piece of cake.

Here's the best part: The condo has only two bedrooms plus a study. The unit was built to give every room in the home full access to the waterway views.

But Elin, you are letting Tiger off way too cheap. At only $3,990,000 for this unit, I'd also make him pony up for a nice family home in Spanish Peaks near Big Sky, Mont., where you can get a private mountain to hike or ski. Or make him buy you this $21 million dollar home in Deer Valley, Utah.

I mean, come on, it's Christmas.
