San Francisco Rental: Noe Valley Summer Rental for $1,100

Before you go, we thought you'd like these...
Short-term leases are great for those coming to San Francisco for business, school or a short stay. Most short-term rentals are furnished meaning all you have to do is show up with a suitcase and a clean pair of socks. And this one bedroom, summer rental in a three-bedroom apartment is no exception. It's in San Francisco's Noe Valley, a clean and pleasant neighborhood with an amazing view of Twin Peaks. Noe Valley, a more grown-up version of the bordering Mission neighborhood, has a fine array of shops, restaurants, and cafes on 24th Street. You wont find any fast food restaurants in this neighborhood, which is part of its charm.

So what do you get for $1,100? The room for rent is located in a three-bedroom apartment with high ceilings, hardwood floors and tons of light. It also boosts a kick-ass deck with great views of the city, which is perfect on the several clear days in San Francisco. The apartment's furnished with a new dishwasher and microwave, and there's a washer/dryer in the basement. The room is available for June and July.

So how does $1,100 measure up to other rooms for rent in Noe Valley?

It's a bit pricey. Rooms can be found for as little as $750 per month. But the ad says they're willing to negotiate the price as well. So this might be a good scenario if you're looking for a very short-term lease for the summer.
