zynga logoYoVille players on Tagged will get 10,000 coin and a rare item for completing their migration process from tagged. If you are a Tagged player, you should read the info after the link. Zynga will make sure that your coins, cash, homes and items are transferred.

Zynga will kill YoVille on Tagged this Saturday.

How do I collect my PIN?
Your PIN is located within Tagged YoVille. Once you log into Tagged and access YoVille, you will then see a pop-up message that contains this information. This pop-up is triggered every time you login. If you have not seen the pop up message, please close your browser and log back in.

If you feel this is an error please contact Zynga Customer Support: yoville_account@zynga.com with your Tagged Identification number. Please have "Tagged" as the subject line. For security reasons across networks, we cannot generate a PIN code for you; it must be collected from Tagged and applied by you on Facebook.

What will be transferred?
We have worked hard to make sure all of player's assets (Homes, Coins, Cash, and Items) are migrated successfully. In addition, we would reward our players with 10,000 coins and a rare collectible for staying with us through this migration process.

Why am I getting an Invalid Code error? (I have a code but it won't work)
There are several steps to this process, so please be patient while we work with you to redeem your PIN and collect your "starter kit."

1. Please collect your PIN from your Tagged YoVille home page and try again. Our system updates occasionally and your code may have recently been updated.
2. If this does not work and you still receive the invalid code error please do the following:

a. Visit: http://zynga.custhelp.com/app/ask
b. Select Issue type: YoVille
c. Select sub type: Other
d. In the Question field:

i. Enter Tagged Invalid Code
ii. Copy and paste your code
iii. Enter your Tagged and Facebook User Identification numbers (see below for instructions on finding these numbers)
iv. Enter the date you last tried to apply the code
v. Copy and paste or type the error message you are seeing

3. Once a ticket has been filed please allow us time to investigate your code; due to potentially high volumes of Tagged users needing assistance this could take up to 72 hours.

What is my Tagged ID or Facebook ID?
To find your Facebook ID, please click HERE.

To Find Your ID on Tagged:
1. Log in to your Tagged account.
2. The Home page shows your profile photo. If you're not on the Home page, click Home in the bar at the top of the page.
3. At the top of your browser, you will see a URL that looks like this: http://www.tagged.com/profile.html?uid=5432522984.
The number on the end is your Tagged ID. The number on the end is your Tagged ID. To copy the ID, highlight the ID number and then right-click with your mouse and select copy. To paste, click the same right-button on your mouse then select paste into the ID field when you respond to an email or email us from the Customer Support Center.

How do I make the link to YoVille on Facebook work?
If you are receiving any error when trying to connect to YoVille on Facebook try the following steps.

1. Make sure you are logged into Facebook
2. Visit http://apps.facebook.com/yoville
3. Make sure you have not blocked YoVille application on Facebook. To check to see if the application is blocked do the following:

To unblock a Zynga Game in Facebook:
1. Click on Account from the Facebook toolbar
2. Select Privacy settings
3. Choose Applications and Websites
4. Click on "Edit Blocked Applications"
5. Click on "Remove" for the appropriate game to unblock the application on Facebook.
Note: You will need to permit access when you try to reload the Zynga game.

Why does it say my code is already in use?
Zynga does not support or condone the illegal sale of these redemption codes, and codes may not be applied multiple times to Facebook accounts. Only one code per Facebook account is redeemable.
