The next package, also non-alcoholic, includes energy drinks, flavored water, smoothies, and frozen non-alcoholic drinks for $18.40 per person per day.
The "Classic Package" includes all non-alcoholic beverages, plus beers which are $5 or less and spirits, cocktails, and wines by the glass that are priced up to $8 each. The "Premium Package" is the most expensive, amounting to $56.35 per person per day. The package includes most beverages offered onboard Celebrity ships, including beer, spirits, cocktails and certain wines.
Drink packages include 15 percent gratuity, and can be purchased on Celebrity's website up to four days prior to sailing or while onboard.
Wine connoisseurs will be pleased to find Celebrity is also offering wine packages for pre-booking. The "Sommelier's Package" gives travelers the option of choose a three-, five-, or seven-bottle lineup of premium international wines. The "Captain's Package" offers a wider variety of wines, while the "Build Your Own" wine package gives travelers a 15 percent discount on three upper-range bottles of wine that cost at least $75. Wines can be uncorked once onboard, then re-corked and stored for the guest.
Celebrity will also continue to offer the classic "Fountain Soda Package" for $5.75 per person per day and the "Premium Water Package" for $12.75 per person per day.
"We took our guests' favorite beverages and bundled them into packages that are simple to order from home," said Jacques Van Staden, Vice President of Culinary Operations, in a statement.
"Based on our guests' feedback about what an ideal beverage package offering would comprise and cost, we designed the premium packages to offer even greater value than the classic packages," Van Staden continued. "Essentially, the larger the package, the greater the savings to the guest." To learn more, visit the Celebrity Cruises beverage package page.
