San Francisco Rental: Russian HIll Bargain 2BR for $1,390

Before you go, we thought you'd like these...
San Francisco's Russian Hill neighborhood sits on one of the city's 44 hills, in fact, one of it's original "Seven Hills."

The neighborhood's name goes back to the Gold Rush when settlers discovered a small Russian cemetery at the top of the hill. Cool and slightly creepy. But location-wise, Russian Hill is directly north of highly affluent Nob Hill and uphill from Fisherman's Wharf and the North Beach neighborhood. In the heart of all this lies this spacious and super-affordable, 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment.

This charming place is situated in an elegant two-unit condominium building perfectly situated on the North slope of Russian Hill. That's right, you get stunning views of the San Francisco Bay, Coit Tower and the Bay Bridge.

This condominium also features a private entrance, private two-car garage, large storage room and in-unit laundry room. Parking for a third vehicle is also permitted in front of the driveway. Great news because parking in Russian Hill is rare.

So how does $1,390 stack up for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom place here? Crazy cheap. Russian Hill two-bedrooms run roughly $2,250 to $4,150. I actually can't believe this place is that cheap. The only fishy thing is that the ad doesn't show the condo's interior. But if it's good at this price, GRAB IT!
