"Flip This House"
(A&E Saturdays 11/10c)
The crew takes a chance on a run-down house in a low-income neighborhood that's been hard hit by the sub-prime mortgage crisis. Falling home prices and reluctant buyers make for a tight profit margin for flippers. With no room for error, our lovable flippers take over every aspect of the renovation, enforcing an insanely tight budget and managing the subcontractors. Unexpected problems crop up and the team fears that they will not have enough money left to cover the basics--like bathroom fixtures. Yikes!

"Extreme Makeover" (ABC Sunday nights 8/7c)
This week the team was off to Kemah, Texas to help a truly inspirational couple and their children. The couple were high school sweethearts who married young. Though with four kids of their own, they've opened their home to more than 85 foster children. Holy Angelina Jolie! In 2008, Hurricane Ike caused irreparable damage to their house. The family of 15 now lives in a 35-foot motorhome. The Extreme Makeover team jumps in to change the situation.

"Divine Design" (HGTV Saturdays 8/7c)
A globetrotting couple have finally found the worldly view they've been looking for in their new two-story penthouse that has soaring ceilings and massive windows in the great room, There's lots of light for a spectacular, airy feel, but it's also one big design challenge. They've chosen a wall color, but it's time to tie up the elements. Host Candice Olson sets her sights on a world-class design that will pay homage to the couple's travels and pull together the diverse pieces and photography they've collected along the way.

"The Outdoor Room" (HGTV Saturdayd 1/noon c)
A couple bought their starter home with the help of the wife's father. Now they want to return the favor by turning their backyard into a tropical paradise where Dad can come visit, garden and hang out. Our host, Jamie visits Key West, Fla. for inspiration to create two outdoor rooms, a lounge area and a dining room. From Calvin Klein's home he takes the ideas of whitewashed timbers, bright aqua hues and an old-fashioned hammock -- and uses mirrors -- to create the illusion of space in a new and funky way. An orchid expert gives Jamie ideas for colorful splashes of fragrant flowers. Pastel storm-guard shutters, tropical palms set into the deck, and a sunken eco-firepit complete the island vibe: Visitors can kick off their shoes, grab a margarita and watch the sun go down. It's party time.

"My First Place" (HGTV Tuesdays and Thursdays 8/7c)
Just out of college, a young couple decides to leap into homeownership before marriage. But they have major conflicts over location, so their house hunt never seems to end. And even when they find a place, the deal's threatened by the wife's determination to strike the ultimate first-place bargain.
