Sweet San Francisco Rental: Lower Haight Shared 2BR, $1,150

Before you go, we thought you'd like these...
San Francisco's Lower Haight neighborhood is the much cooler little brother to Upper Haight. It's a very low key hood with great bars (check out the Mad Dog for Euro soccer matches), restaurants and funky cafes. You're close to parks and in walking distance to whatever you need and in close proximity to the Muni line that will jet you anywhere you need.

With this apartment share you get a huge, sunny bedroom in a two-bedroom house.

Bask in the light as this apartment faces the sunny side of the street on the corner of Oak and Fillmore. It's got all the stereotypical things everyone loves in a San Francisco apartment:
Bay windows, spacious layout, and a huge bedroom with walk-in closet and best of all: location, location, location. The famous Alamo Square is a mere blocks away.

So how does the price compare? My gut instinct is $1,150 is a bit high for only getting one bedroom in a shared, two-bedroom apartment. In fact if you look at rental ads, this is probably one of the highest prices you find for a comparable space to rent. The average price is around $850, so I'd suggest to check it out but also keep your eyes peeled for something else as well.
