Sweet San Francisco Rental: Marina District 2-Bdrm, $2,900

Before you go, we thought you'd like these...
The Marina is probably one of the safest neighborhoods in San Francisco. Not only are you close to the posh shops, restaurants, and bars on Union Street, but you're in walking distance to Crissy Field, which is a great park right on the shore of the San Francisco Bay. Basically it has one of the most awesome views of the Golden Gate Bridge on of the city.

It could be worth looking into this spacious two-bedroom/one-bathroom flat set in the heart of the Marina. If it sounds good so far -- it's available to move in immediately.
So what do you get for your $2,900 with this Marina apartment? It's a remodeled top-floor flat with hardwood floors and those huge, bay windows everyone loves that provide lots of light. Even though the Marina is a pretty quiet neighborhood, the two bedrooms are located in the back of the flat for extra-quiet sleep comfort.

The large kitchen has granite counter tops, lots of cabinet storage, and a pantry. Enjoy cooking on a new gas stove, proceeded by putting all your dirty cookware in a brand, spanking new dishwasher.

Here are the two things that caught my attention: street parking is a breeze and their are free laundry facilities provided in the building. Love that.

So how does $2,900 compare to other two bedroom apartments available in the Marina? The Marina is a pricey neighborhood. Still, if you shop around you can still find two bedrooms to rent for around $2,100. This place is a little on the high end for two bedrooms, but you get what you pay for.
