Tiger, Elin To Split Homes?

Before you go, we thought you'd like these...
Tiger Woods' got a nasty new nickname: "Cheetah."

That's just some some of the cold comments here at RentedSpaces when we profiled the real estate listing of the "ground floor penthouse" condo belonging to his alleged mistress. (Allegedly, even she chimed in.)

Sorry, folks. Tiger's real estate news isn't going anywhere. We asked if the couple's primary home's design may have had some influence on its occupants. We also wondered why, if a previously well-liked and well-respected Tiger was keen to build, he wasn't building green.

Why more real estate buzz? Well, it's a matter of who might get Tiger's three homes if a martial split happens. Eyebrows are raised now that Tiger's wife recently purchased a Swedish mansion with her twin sister Josefin ...
Will Elin leave her husband and their three homes and take the kids to Sweden?

Tiger Woods, 33, and his wife Elin Nordegren, 29, currently own three Florida mansions. The first is a $2.6 million dollar home in Windermere, Florida. Tiger shares this home with his wife and kids.

Woods is also building another home with the same exclusive developer in a development called Isleworth. (Land alone for this "Tiger lair" cost $44.5 million. The results aren't impressing the neighbors or critics.)

Lastly, Woods was also building a 9,700-square-foot mansion on Florida's Jupiter Island, about 150 miles south of Windermere. As Cyberhomes noted, "Perhaps he can retreat to this quite spacious abode if the heat at home grows too big and he needs a little (or a lot) of space."

Tiger Woods may fight to keep his family, reputation, and his career. Will he also fight to keep his homes if the couple divorces?
