This Saturday, you can buy a piece of movie and Patrick Swayze history: Ten lakefront properties at Smith Mountain Lake, near the Virginia lake where "Dirty Dancing" was filmed, are going on the auction block.

Just think: You can relive this scene ... forever!

Here are the details:

"Have the Time of Your Life" livin' it up in your new lakefront property where you can recreate Baby and Johnny's iconic moves. Unfortunately there's no dining cabin or live entertainment at these private homes, but this resort community does boast a conference center. And the resort where "Dirty Dancing" was filmed sits on the similar Mountain Lake, further to the west - not in the Catskills, as the movie suggested.

The Counts Realty & Auction Group will begin the preceedings Saturday, Dec. 5 at 10 a.m. in the Bedford Room at the Mariners Landing Conference Center. Properties may be previewed on Friday, Dec. 4, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., or by appointment.

The auction is open to the public but bidders must register. If you can't make it down to Virginia, online bidding will be offered through Proxibid.com.

If you're not too keen on the homes you see, don't worry, they're also auctioning lakefront lots.

"We have homes, condos and building lots in this auction," said Counts Realty's Bill Bryant. "Opening bids on these properties start as low as $100,000."

Remember: No one puts baby in the corner.

And if you'd like to brush up on your "Dirty Dancing," apparently the TV Guide Network will be running a 24-hour marathon of the movie on Christmas Day. What better way to celebrate your new second home!
