FONTANA, Calif. (AP) - A Southern California man faces drug charges after police say they seized $4.5 million worth of marijuana from two of his foreclosed houses.

Fontana police Sgt. Jeff Decker says a bank employee was inspecting a house owned by Angel Wayhang Kou when he discovered marijuana plants on May 1.

That led officers to another five-bedroom house of Kou's that was in foreclosure, where they say they found another major growing operation.

Decker says that 30-year-old Kou also is accused of stealing nearly $100,000 worth of electricity to power the growing operations.

Kou was arrested Saturday and was released after posting bail. Attempts to reach him early Wednesday were unsuccessful.
