1. Lower Keys and Naples, Florida

Ok, it’s not exactly out of the ordinary. But with miles of gorgeous coastline, almost year-round sun and easy access, we had to include Florida in this list. Vacation homes in the Lower Keys are still affordable in the 2- to 3-bedroom range, which is not bad for smaller families.
